No-Bake Broccoli Microgreen Powder Energy Bites

No-bake broccoli powder energy bites

Recipe Ingredients

-> 2 cups natural peanut butter
-> 2/3 cup of protein powder (flavor optional – chocolate recommended)
-> 1 cup rolled oats (milled)
-> 1 tbsp cocoa powder
-> 2 scoops broccoli microgreen powder
-> 5 tbsp honey
-> 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Step 1

Add Ingredients & Mix

Add all dry ingredients to begin. Add the honey on top of all dry ingredients last. When mixing, use a stiff spoon or your hands (use food grade plastic gloves) and ensure that mixture comes to a dough-like consistency.

Step 2

Cool & Wait

When mixture is dough-like, place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to firm up the mixture.

Step 3

Form Energy Bites

When mixture hardens, begin to form energy bites in small size balls. These balls can be refrigerated, 1-2 weeks, or frozen to extend the shelf life.
